State's Rights

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
– Tenth Amendment

Our Governor must be a protector of Wyoming.  This would include our second amendment rights and all other GOD given Constitutionally protected rights. The Governor has the duty to engage  the federal government in a thoughtful, firm, and professional manner. The Governor must Draw the line between Federal authority and States Authority while respecting both.

As your next Governor. I will reach out to other Governors to hold the federal government accountable for the mineral rights revenues.  More importantly, I will aggressively fight
the implementation of Obamacare, federal gun laws, and all unconstitutional federal regulations.

We will sternly resist the attempt of HUD to take over local zoning.

As Governor of Wyoming I will use the authority vested in that office to protect and promote the health, wealth and safety of Wyoming and it's people.
